Geralyn Danker practice focuses on general litigation, with particular emphasis on family disputes in the Family Justice Courts of Singapore.

In her over 26 years of practice, Geralyn has acted in numerous divorce cases, contested ancillary matters and appeals to the General Division of the High Court.

Geralyn has conducted trials for parties in contested divorce cases as well as contested maintenance and personal protection order applications, and has represented parties in contested custody and relocation cases.

Geralyn has also acted in numerous applications for variation and enforcement of Orders of Court in the Family Justice Courts, and has experience handling contested Committal applications. 

Geralyn’s other areas of practice covers Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Administration, Adoptions and applications under the Mental Capacity Act and Protection From Harassment Act.
